LIQUIDATION ORDER
On March 11, 2021, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania found Bedivere Insurance Company, including former subsidiaries Lamorak Insurance Company, Employers' Fire Insurance Company and Potomac Insurance Company (collectively, "Bedivere") insolvent and placed the company in liquidation. These actions triggered the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association's obligations under the Guaranty Act to handle certain claims arising out of policies issued by Bedivere, including certain subsidiaries and predecessors that were licensed in Texas. These insurers may include Employers' Fire Insurance Company, OneBeacon Insurance Company and Lamorak Insurance Company, f/k/a OneBeacon America Insurance Company.
INSURANCE POLICY AND COVERAGE INFORMATION
Any Bedivere policies still in force will terminate by court order on April 10, 2021, at the policy's normal expiration date, or upon replacement by the insured, whichever is soonest. Policyholders should contact their agent or other business advisors regarding obtaining replacement coverage.

WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS INFORMATION
The Liquidator has arranged for workers' compensation claimants to continue to receive income benefits for up to twelve (12) weeks without interruption until TPCIGA has received the Texas claims and can assume handling of payments. STAY OF LITIGATION
All lawsuits involving Bedivere have been stayed by order of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. Lawsuits pending in Texas in which Bedivere is a party or is obligated to defend a party are automatically stayed by Texas law until September 11, 2021, to allow TPCIGA time to receive and review the claims.
